Job summary

Agincare is seeking Live-in Carers to support clients in their own homes across the South West, South East, Central and North of England. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, and help them live independently with dignity.

Placements start at a minimum of two weeks, with accommodation and food allowance; you’ll have your own room and access to Wi‑Fi. We offer funded training, a refer-a-friend bonus up to £1000, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
• Kind, compassionate individual passionate about helping others thrive.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and support, chat over a cup of tea, be a friendly face.
• Assist with washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Help with meal preparation and create balanced, nutritious meals.
• Light cleaning to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Help clients move safely and live independently.
• Encourage community engagement with trips, hobbies, and outings.
