Job summary

Noble Live-In Care is seeking a Live-in Care Assistant in the UK to support clients at home, ensuring safety, comfort and independence. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, driving clients to appointments, meal planning, medication support and light domestic tasks.

You will work a two-week live-in placement, with the opportunity to travel across the UK and progress into leadership roles. A UK driving licence and care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Be female due to client care requirements.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be confident and willing to drive the client as required.
• Have at least six months of care experience gained in the UK.
• Be able to work a minimum two-week live-in placement without returning home.
• Be willing to travel to placements across the UK.
• Be confident planning, preparing and cooking meals.
• Have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
• Be compassionate, resilient, reliable and comfortable working independently.

What you’ll do

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll support your client to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily routines
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Driving the client to appointments, activities and social outings
• Planning, preparing and cooking suitable meals
• Supporting with medication where required
• Shopping and completing light household tasks
• Helping the client remain as active and independent as possible
• Providing reassurance and support throughout the placement

You must be comfortable in the kitchen and able to plan and cook a range of nutritious everyday meals based on the client’s needs, dietary requirements and preferences.
