Job summary

Bluebird Care Pontypridd is seeking a Live-in Care Expert to provide compassionate, one-to-one care in a customer's home. You will live with the client for agreed shifts, delivering personalised care to promote dignity, independence and companionship.

We offer full induction, ongoing training, 24/7 support from our team, paid breaks and accommodation during placement, plus flexible working patterns to suit you.

Qualifications

• Live-in care role; ability to reside with a customer for agreed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and promote independence.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage medications and assist with meals preparation.

• Deliver personal care that's tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
