Home Instead in Fareham is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Professional for a permanent role. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes, with round-the-clock support and built-in rest breaks.

The Role

We are looking for a kind, caring and experienced Live‑in Care Professional who has a genuine passion for making a positive difference to the lives of others.

As a Live‑in Care Professional, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to support individuals to remain living safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide round‑the‑clock support while ensuring appropriate rest breaks. You will promote dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing, building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families while tailoring your care approach to meet each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.

You may support individuals living with conditions such as dementia, mobility difficulties, or long‑term health conditions, and offer reassurance and emotional support to family members.

Our Training

Not experienced? We search for individuals with values that match ours. We will train them. Many of our amazing Care Professionals start with us having no prior professional experience, and with our comprehensive training, mentoring, and shadowing programme they become confident and competent Care Companions, making a real difference in their community.

Additional Information

Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not required.
