Home Instead in Benfleet is seeking a compassionate Live-In Care Professional to provide dedicated support and companionship to an individual living in Benfleet.

This role involves building trust, respecting dignity and working with a second care professional who attends four care calls each day to assist with hoisting and transfers, ensuring safe moving and handling.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, patient and reliable Live-In Care Professional to provide dedicated support and companionship to an individual living in Benfleet.

This is an important role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and understands the value of providing respectful, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be approachable, attentive and able to build a trusting and positive relationship with the individual they support.

Additional Care Support

The role is supported by a second care professional who will attend four care calls each day to assist with hoisting and transfers.

Safe moving and handling is a key priority, and the Live-In Care Professional will be expected to work alongside the visiting care professional to ensure transfers and other moving-and-handling tasks are carried out safely and respectfully.
