Job description

Personal Care & Wellbeing:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Encouraging and supporting medication routines
Helping customers eat well and stay hydrated

Daily Living Support:

Shopping, meal preparation, and household tasks
Using mobility aids safely (e.g., wheelchairs, hoists)
Maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment

Companionship & Social Activities:

Encouraging hobbies, games, and reminiscence activities
Supporting customers with visits, appointments, and outings
Helping with correspondence, phone calls, and social engagement

Health & Safety Monitoring:

Observing and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
Recording care provided and liaising with healthcare professionals
Following Bluebird Care policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols

£753-£1085 per week with enhanced bank holiday rates
