Job summary

MFK Recruitment is seeking a Marketing and Content Coordinator in Milton Keynes to manage content across channels, capture live-event content and drive campaigns. The role requires a creative, organised marketing professional with a passion for producing engaging content and growing the company’s digital presence.

You will work closely with the MD and teams to plan campaigns, attend events and develop opportunities that support business growth while managing calendars and producing engaging

Qualifications

• Essential: marketing, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain the marketing and content calendar.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Write and edit compelling copy for marketing materials, advertising, case studies and promotional campaigns.
• Design graphics and social media assets using Canva, Adobe or similar software.
• Attend live events, rehearsals, production builds to gather behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage social media content: planning, scheduling, publishing and engagement.
• Keep website content accurate and SEO-friendly.
• Develop and coordinate targeted email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance, website traffic and campaign engagement.
• Collaborate with production, projects, design and operations teams to identify opportunities.
• Attend events and project locations to capture authentic content.
• Coordinate photography, filming and interviews with colleagues, clients and venues.
