Job summary

ATG Entertainment's Swansea Arena is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchen brigade during concerts, conferences and events. You will help with food service, basic preparation and maintaining high cleanliness standards in a 3,500-capacity venue.

The role requires reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous kitchen experience and Level 1 Food Hygiene certification are advantageous; training will be provided to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, catering, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serving food from onsite kiosks on shows/events.
• Basic food preparation.
• Cleaning and washing up.
• Handling stock and deliveries.
• Support chefs or kitchen brigade.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
