The Belfast office of a leading commercial law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (or 1 PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation team. You will handle a broad range of disputes and work closely with clients on complex matters.

Qualified in Northern Ireland or due to qualify this year, you will benefit from early responsibility, a collaborative culture, and exposure to multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes for corporate clients and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or due to qualify this year.
• Up to 1 year PQE with litigation experience or strong seat.
• Strong academic background and commercially minded with practical problem-solving.

A leading, commercial law firm in Northern Ireland is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (qualifying this year) or 1 PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, business-focused firm known for advising on complex, high-value commercial matters and acting for an impressive client base including corporates, financial institutions, developers, and international businesses.

The Opportunity

You will join a collaborative litigation team handling a broad range of disputes, including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Property and construction disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation
• Professional negligence and insurance disputes
• Media, defamation, and reputational matters

The team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially driven advice and working closely with clients to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
