Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join an established Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. You will handle a broad range of litigation matters and work with a diverse client base.

Be confident managing your own caseload with strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to develop the team and the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience across general, civil or commercial litigation.
• Experience in property litigation and/or contentious probate is a plus.
• Excellent drafting and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base including corporate entities, trusts, charities and individuals.
• Manage matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Formulate case strategy and provide ongoing legal advice.
• Handle a broad range of general, civil and commercial disputes.
• Deal with property litigation and contentious probate matters.
• Draft statements of case, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
• Instruct and work with Counsel and other external professionals.
• Represent clients at court, mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Support and supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development and networking for firm growth.
