Job summary

NPA Recruit in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is seeking a qualified Litigation Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Dispute Resolution. You will provide strategic legal advice, conduct in‑depth research, and advocate for clients across disputes.

Responsibilities include drafting settlement agreements and pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court, arbitration, or other forums. The role requires four days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Strong client-facing advisory skills and negotiation experience.
• Expertise in dispute resolution and advocating for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Draft settlement agreements, pleadings, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their counsel.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Maintain client communication on case progress and milestones.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in dispute resolution law.
