Vincere is recruiting a qualified Litigation Solicitor for a Kingston upon Thames-based role with hybrid working. The successful candidate will manage a diverse, contentious caseload across property, contract, professional negligence, party wall, employment, and corporate disputes, with a strong emphasis on team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified SRA Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in litigation.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.
• Experience in the listed areas of law; LEAP experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad, engaging caseload of contentious matters.
• Cover Property (Landlord, Tenant & Enfranchisement).
• Handle Contract & Commercial disputes.
• Deal with Professional Negligence claims.
• Manage Party Wall matters.
• Address Employment and Company & Partnership disputes.

An experienced Litigation Solicitor is now sought to join a highly reputable independent Law Form in the Kingston Upon Thames area.

The Person
