Goodwin Hume Legal Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Litigation Solicitor/Associate for a leading Bristol ProFin practice. Base salary starts at £70,000+. The role involves working on Professional Negligence and Indemnity matters, across solicitors, accountants, finance professionals and construction professionals, in a supportive, high-calibre team.

Enquiries are treated in strict confidence. The position suits a qualified solicitor with relevant ProFin experience or strong Commercial Litigation

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in Professional Negligence/Indemnity matters.
• Strong hands-on experience across a range of ProFin issues and defending claims.

Responsabilités

• Handle Professional and Financial Risks (PFR) disputes, including investigations, defenses, and resolutions against professionals in solicitors, accounts, finance and construction sectors.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to a high-performing ProFin team in Bristol.

Delighted to be working again with this leading Bristol/UK law firm as they continue to recruit for one of their largest and most successful teams - their 'PFR' practice, which stands for 'Professional and Financial Risks'.

These are fantastic opportunities to develop your hands-on Commercial Litigation experience working across a wide range of specialist Professional Negligence/Indemnity matters, including investigating, defending and resolving claims against Solicitors, Accountants, Finance professionals, Construction sector professionals and so on. The work is varied, challenging and really rewarding and you will be supported and mentored working within what is an incredibly strong team of some of the best 'ProFin' lawyers in the UK.
