Job summary

Lisburn, Northern Ireland – a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE is sought to join a busy practice. You will handle a broad range of commercial, civil, and defence litigation for private and corporate clients, with ownership of your own caseload.

You will work on High Court and County Court matters, develop strong client relationships, and advance to more complex cases with experienced colleagues a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in litigation, demonstrating solid contentious experience.
• Experience handling civil and/or commercial disputes and a broad range of litigation matters.
• Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills; capable of client liaison and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage own contentious caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, statements, affidavits and court documentation.
• Engage with clients, counsel and other advisers to progress matters.
