Job summary

Vincere in Harrow is seeking an experienced Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a reputable law firm on a hybrid basis. You will handle a broad and engaging caseload across shareholder disputes, commercial property, and other contentious matters.

You will contribute to litigation strategy, supervise junior colleagues, and benefit from a clear progression path, with a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum plus a lucrative bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualified SRA Registered Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE.
• Experience in shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice petitions and commercial property disputes.
• Demonstrable experience in the areas of law listed.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad and engaging caseload of contentious matters including shareholder & director disputes, corporate & commercial, and commercial property.
• Take an active role in litigation strategy and shape how complex disputes are managed and resolved.
• Supervise junior members of the team.
