We have partnered with an exceptional multi-office law firm based in Surrey, who are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This law firm has won a number of accolades over the past year and is quickly becoming one of the most successful firms within the area with an incredibly rich history behind it.

Key Duties:

1. Offer expert legal advice on civil litigation and dispute resolution matters
2. Handle disputes related to residential landlord and tenant issues
3. Manage commercial property lease conflicts
4. Advise on contractual disputes, including breach of contract and enforcement
5. Provide guidance on consumer rights and manage related litigation cases
6. Address boundary disputes between neighbouring properties
7. Resolve conflicts involving neighbouring property rights and usage
