Job summary

Tayntons Solicitors in Gloucester is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join our expanding Litigation team. You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion and develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in litigation.
• Ambitious and commercially minded solicitor with ability to contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on a variety of litigation matters.
• Work on a broad range of contentious matters including landlord & tenant, probate, contract, property, and company disputes.
• Assist with and participate in business development and client relationship management.
• Keep up-to-date with latest legal developments to inform personal and business matters.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:

• Residential and commercial Landlord & Tenant disputes
• Contentious Probate
• Contract disputes
• Property disputes
• TOLATA claims
• Company and shareholder disputes
• Employment disputes (desirable but not essential)
