Role

THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters. The successful Litigation Solicitor will be handling a broad caseload of commercial and civil litigation from instruction to resolution.

Candidate

THE CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with a range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Experience is contentious probate desired, and any additional experience in property or commercial matters would be advantageous. With a proven ability to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervision, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and client care skills.
