Headhunter Legal & Professional Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its Civil Litigation Department, with a hybrid working model. This role offers exposure to a broad Civil and Commercial workload and significant client interaction.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise on dispute strategy, draft pleadings and court applications, and liaise with Counsel. The position supports career progression within a respected litigation team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with Civil/Commercial Litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court processes and case management.
• Experience handling contentious matters independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Property litigation and publicly funded litigation experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery and enforcement.
• Handle banking and financial disputes, insolvency, civil fraud and asset recovery matters.
• Advise clients on litigation strategies, dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements and court applications.
• Liaise with Counsel, attend hearings and undertake advocacy where appropriate.
• Handle commercial property disputes and cross-border litigation matters.
• Support junior team members and contribute to departmental growth and business development.

We are working with an established London law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its Civil Litigation Department.

This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, Insolvency or Civil Disputes looking to develop their career while gaining exposure to more complex and high-value litigation matters.
