Job Description:

We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Litigation role with our client, a highly regarded Scottish law firm in Edinburgh. The firm is currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its well-established Real Estate Litigation team on a full-time basis; the team is keen to speak with experienced lawyers at the 2-6 years PQE level who have previously worked in a property law environment and have good knowledge and understanding of dispute resolution.

This is an interesting role with a mixed caseload involving complex litigation matters; the successful candidate can also expect to work closely with a variety of clients including housebuilders, estate owners, commercial tenants, and retailers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious, dedicated, and adaptable individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
