Exciting opportunity to join this award-winning Scottish law firm. A newly created full-time position for an experienced Legal Director or Partner to join its corporate team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who can demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law. You will take a leading role in various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, and will provide advice to private equity investors on seed and venture capital investments. You will also leverage your corporate expertise to foster business growth in employment, regulatory, and litigation areas.
