Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Litigation Partner for Reading to join a highly regarded national law firm. You will handle a broad range of commercial disputes and play a key role in growing the Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Partner or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership, with a competitive salary and hybrid working. The role includes leadership, BD, and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Litigation Partner or Senior Associate/Legal Director aiming for partnership.
• Strong background in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and insolvency.
• Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to develop business and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial litigation caseload.
• Advise on contract disputes, insolvency matters and wider commercial disputes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive business development and the growth of the team.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
