One of our clients, a leading, independent, not-for-profit organisation, is looking for six paralegals to join their dynamic team and play a vital role in resolving disputes.

A key part of the role will be to use your legal expertise and knowledge to assess evidence, mediate, and resolve disputes.

Requirements:

  1. Strong academic background.
  2. At least 6 months’ experience as a paralegal in litigation or arbitration, from private practice or a regulatory body.
  3. Candidates with excellent academics, including LPC, Bar, or SQE, who have secured a training contract or pupillage and are seeking 12-18 months of work, will also be considered.

The organisation offers flexibility on salary, with a range of £35,000 to £40,000 for a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday). A good benefits package is available, and the office is based in Hertfordshire, approximately 30 minutes from London, with free on-site parking.
