Job summary

Blake Morgan in Southampton is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the Travel team. The role handles injury and insurance claims arising abroad or during travel, supporting a busy practice with aviation/insurance exposure preferred.

The successful candidate will bring litigation paralegal experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work as needed.

About the role

We have a new opportunity for a Paralegal within our Travel team based from our Southampton office. Our award winning team act for claimants and defendant insurers and airlines following accidents or claims that occur abroad or during travel.

The Travel team handles the full range of injury claims to include catastrophic injuries, such as head and spinal injuries and amputations and all manner of insurance disputes. With some of the leading lawyers at the cutting edge of this very interesting area of law, we are a commercially focused and friendly team, dedicated to getting the right results for our clients whatever their circumstances.

Whilst previous experience within aviation claims would be ideal, we're open to receiving applications from candidates with broader experience gained within litigation or insurance. We support hybrid working, typically with 3 days flexible office attendance, according to business need.
