We have an opportunity for a skilled and ambitious personal injury specialist to join our Manchester Personal Injury team!
We are keen to hear from both non-qualified and qualified (NQ to 2PQE) candidates: non-qualified candidates would join us as a Litigation Executive whereas qualified candidates would join us as an Associate Solicitor. Regardless of what capacity you join us in, the role will manage end to end litigation, investigate, and pursue EL / PL & RTA injury claims. The caseload will be primarily focused on Fast Track and Intermediate Track matters, alongside a smaller number of Multi Track cases.
What you'll bring
- Relevant experience in Personal Injury, with demonstrable experience of running your own caseload.
- Genuine interest to work with a leading claimant law firm and passionate about providing access to justice to all.
- Experience in reviewing medical, financial records and drafting legal documentation and correspondence.
- Demonstrable experience in using a variety of IT packages (MS Word, Excel, Case Management Systems and Outlook).
- Proven ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing with a wide range of clients and various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise a complex workload and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Proven ability to be self-sufficient in relation to administration, typing and IT requirements.
- Experience in interviewing clients, taking witness statements, dealing sensitively and managing difficult situations and conversations.

The salary will be dependent on experience but our NQ salary for Manchester is £41,500.
