Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to join the Volume ELPL Team in Manchester. You will manage a caseload of around 50 files, handle all procedural aspects from issue to trial and draft pleadings.

The role requires strong negotiation, witness statement preparation, and liaison with claimants' solicitors, counsel, and insurers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to timely reporting and client SLA compliance.

• Previous ELPL litigation/fast track experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast pace environment.
• A Professional manner with the ability to build relationship internally and externally.

Responsibilities

The Team
