Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal

Our acclaimed US Law Firm client, based in the City of London, is looking to hire a Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a busy team supporting their international client base. The firm handles commercial disputes across sectors like construction, energy, tech, and telecommunications, with clients including financial institutions and governments.

• Salary up to £44,000
• Working hours: 09:30 – 17:30
• Office-based role
• Excellent employee benefits including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Health Insurance, and a Contributory Pension up to 5%

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal:

• Assist attorneys in preparing witness interviews, including witness files and deposition exhibits.
• Coordinate, prepare for, and attend trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Assist lawyers with paper and e-filing of pleadings and court documents.
• Summarize testimony and gather materials at hearings.
• Assist with electronic discovery processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation/Arbitration/Disputes Paralegal within a top City law firm.
• Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
