The Team Leader will focus on delivering results aligned with KPIs and service standards, while fostering a positive and friendly work environment and motivating the team to excel. This is a key role with the opportunity to influence the department's future direction and growth.
Manage team performance according to SLA’s and KPIs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and preventing process creep. Maintain quality standards through audits, coaching, and feedback. Ensure team members are competent via training and support. Manage personnel fairly and consistently, including capability and attendance management. Foster motivation and personal development, promoting teamwork.
Desirable skills include knowledge of subrogated recoveries, handling personal injury claims, and multi-track claims. Soft skills involve positive attitude, adaptable communication, planning, organizational skills, adaptability, and understanding of service contribution to division success.
