We have an exciting opportunity for a talented team leader to join our Subrogated Recovery Department in a pre-litigated team. Over the last two years, this Department has expanded from one team to four, with further growth forecasted.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop operational processes to reduce touch time, improve efficiency and profitability
- Maximise recoveries
- Report on team performance to senior management
- Ensure litigated files comply with SRA obligations
- Manage team performance against SLA’s and KPI’s, ensuring adherence to processes
- Maintain quality of work, conduct audits, and provide coaching
- Support employee development through training and coaching
- Manage people fairly and consistently, including capability and attendance issues
- Create a motivating environment that promotes personal development and teamwork
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in Civil litigation, from Claimant or Defendant perspective, including Fast Track
- Team management experience in a high-volume legal or insurance environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Calmness under pressure

- Objective setting and prioritization
- IT proficiency

- Knowledge of subrogated recoveries
- Experience in personal injury and multi-track claims
