Your Role:

As a Linux Platform Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, integration, and maintenance of low-level software components for our Android/Linux platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing custom functionality within the UEFI bootloader, Linux kernel, and Android HALs to enhance our products.
Integrating new drivers into our platform, assessing performance, and customizing as required.
Managing large code bases and confidently using git to merge branches and upstream commits.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware/electronics and factory test application developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
What You Need to Succeed:

Must-haves:

A relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in Linux kernel and system programming, with a strong understanding of embedded systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with the wider engineering organization.
Proficiency in C++ or Java for Android development.
Nice to Have:

Experience with Linux kernel driver development, including power management support.
Familiarity with Qualcomm SoC and Android platform development.
