Job summary

Sapphire Utility Solutions is seeking a Lining Site Supervisor for our Bradford operation. The role reports to the Lining Project Manager and oversees lining teams across contracts. A UK driving licence is essential, with 50 hours per week and a mix of site-based duties. The position offers strong progression within a stable business.

Location: Bradford, Yorkshire. Salary is dependent on experience and will reflect seniority and capability. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading lining projects or similar construction/site works.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good IT skills and ability to use standard software.
• Customer and client interaction experience.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in planning and management of the lining teams.
• Demonstrate strong man-management and leadership.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and audits.
• Problem solving and operational efficiency.
• Maintain client and customer communications.
• Manage fleet/plant and monitor productivity.
• Ensure site housekeeping and safety procedures are followed.
