We are currently recruiting for a Lining Site Supervisor to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the Midlands area. About the Role:

Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a new Lining Site Supervisor to work under the Lining Project Manager, based in Stafford. The role will cover the Severn Trent Water reactive contract within the lining division. This role is best suited to someone who is flexible, has excellent communication skills, and can work well as part of a team and under pressure.

The ideal candidate must hold a UK driving licence.

Location:

Stafford

Hours:

50 hours per week, 07:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend work available.

Salary:

£38,000-£40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities – but not limited to:

1. Support the project manager in planning and managing the lining teams.
2. Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and maintain site safety in line with company policies and health and safety regulations.
3. Problem solving with strong analytical skills.
4. Customer and client interaction.
5. Fleet and plant management.
6. Monitoring productivity.
7. Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
8. Provide positive and innovative input to the team.
9. Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
10. Demonstrate leadership qualities.
11. Attend weekly meetings at various sites to discuss potential works and CPI’s.
12. Manage the live work bank daily, liaising with the client and lining team, and reacting to high-priority jobs.

Experience and qualifications required:

1. Excellent listening and communication skills.
2. Experience in customer and client interaction at all levels.
3. Proficiency in IT.
4. Knowledge of patching, lining, and robotic cutting.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
7. A strong work ethic.
8. HGV license (preferred but not essential).
