Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Trenchless Lining Team Leader to direct a crew delivering trenchless sewer maintenance for the Anglian Water network. You will setup sites, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality and compliance across jobs.

You will also coach operatives, coordinate with site supervisors and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment. Experience in CIPP, jetting, patching and CCTV surveys is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in trenchless or wastewater works.
• Experience leading a team and delivering results.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• CSCS, Confined Space, Manual Handling and First Aid certifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead trenchless works (CIPP, patching, enabling) on planned and reactive sites.
• Coordinate site setup, plant, materials, and traffic management.
• Monitor quality and enforce safe working practices across the team.
• Manage customer interactions in line with procedures.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Trenchless Lining Team Leader to lead a team delivering trenchless sewer maintenance and repairs across the Anglian Water wastewater network. You'll take responsibility for all aspects of site setup and trenchless works, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
You'll coordinate with site supervisors and help drive productivity, supporting the performance and development of your team.

A strong background in trenchless or wastewater works, particularly in a leadership capacity. You'll hold a valid UK driving licence and have experience in activities such as CIPP lining, jetting, patching, and CCTV surveys. You'll be confident leading a team, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. CSCS, Confined Space, Manual Handling, and First Aid certifications would be advantageous.
