Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Linen Porter to support our housekeeping operations. You will move linen stock, stockrooms and cages, and ensure Room Attendants have what they need to prepare spotless rooms. The role emphasises reliability, stamina, and proactive organisation on a busy hotel floor.

You will back the team, stock cupboards, and help maintain efficient linen flows across shifts. Previous experience helps, but a can-do attitude and physical stamina matter most to us.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Heavy Lifting: move and sort linen stock, supply clean cages to Housekeeping, collect soiled linen for laundry.
• The Team Support: back-room backbone for Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners, restocking cupboards on floors.
• The Organisation: keep linen rooms and storage tidy, safe, and ready for fast retrieval.
• The Stock Control: monitor daily linen usage, report damages, assist weekly stock counts.
