Job summary

Village Hotels – London Watford is seeking a Linen Porter to support our housekeeping operation behind the scenes. You will manage heavy lifting, stock control, and ensure Room Attendants have what they need to deliver spotless rooms.

If you are highly organised, physically fit, and reliable, this role offers hands-on, practical work with excellent training and opportunities to grow within the Village.

Qualifications

• Excellent physical stamina for a fast-paced housekeeping environment.
• Highly organised and proactive with strong reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• The Heavy Lifting: Move stock and distribute linen cages; safe manual handling.
• The Team Support: Backbone to Room Attendants and Cleaners; replenish supplies.
• The Organisation: Keep linen rooms clean, safe and organised.
• The Stock Control: Monitor linen usage; report damage; support stock counts.
