Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Linen Service Manager to lead the Linen Service team across the Trust, ensuring a high quality and responsive service for patients and staff.

Based at QMC/Citysite with cross-site coverage, you will deploy staff, drive productivity, and aim to meet the PPOH target while producing linen via the laundry and dry cleaning unit, currently handling about 155,000 pieces weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams in a healthcare operations environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Linen Service team to deliver a high-quality, responsive service for patients and staff.
• Deploy staffing to meet organisational requirements and develop a multi-skilled team.
• Deputise for the Linen Production Manager when required and drive daily productivity.
