Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent
• Degree level or equivalent management production experience in an industrial laundry
• ILM certificate or equivalent in staff leadership
• Auditor qualification for ISO 9001
• ECDL or other computer-based qualification

Responsibilities

• Organise Supervisors and Linen Assistants to meet Trust linen needs daily
• Support staff attendance in line with Trust policies
• Achieve production goals and monitor targets
• Maintain HTM 0104 and EN14065 quality standards
• Assist in ISO 9001/ EN 14065 system upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
• Promote health and safety and continuous improvement
• Ensure training targets and annual appraisals are met
• Develop team members to fulfill career potential
• Record wages, holidays and production data using Trust IT systems
