HotelCare in Plymouth is seeking a Linen Porter to join our hospitality team. You will manage linen stock across the hotel, respond to guest requests promptly, and support a clean, comfortable environment.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a can-do attitude. We offer on-site training, flexible hours, up to 28 days holidays, pension after probation, and opportunities for progression within HotelCare.

Qualifications

• Previous linen porter or hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move linen and stand for long periods.
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage linen stock, coordinate deliveries, fulfill orders and distribute linens.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and report issues promptly.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory control of linen.
• Provide guest assistance with courtesy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team to meet cleanliness targets.
• Follow supervisor instructions on schedules and tasks.
