HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider, is hiring a Linen Porter in Cheltenham. You will manage linen stock, coordinate deliveries, fulfill guest requests, and uphold service standards across the hotel environment.

Formación

• Experience in linen handling, sorting and distribution is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage linen stock levels, coordinate deliveries, fulfill orders and distribute linens.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, report issues promptly and maintain linen equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management of linens.
• Provide guest assistance respectfully and address concerns quickly.
• Collaborate with team to meet cleanliness goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Follow supervisors' instructions regarding schedules and tasks.
