Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all linen is moved around the hotel efficiently, supporting the Room Attendants in performing their roles.

Malmaison provides a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 16 landmark locations around the United Kingdom. As a Linen Porter, you will have some interaction with our Guests, so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work independently for periods of time. You will be a vital cog in the Malmaison machine.

Flexibility is required. You will predominantly work set shifts, usually between 9am – 3pm, 5 days out of 7. Shift start times can be flexible between 9am – 10am. Earlier start times can be discussed at interview, as well as flexible contracts or weekend work if desired.

This role is physically demanding and requires a good level of fitness. Full training in the use of chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Experience in a similar role isn't required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference within the hotel are essential.

We actively encourage internal development and progression. Malmaison aims to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year-end. Candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in our apprenticeship scheme after completing their probationary period.
