Job summary

The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne, seven miles from Cambridge, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Assistant. You’ll help keep public areas and guest rooms clean and well maintained and ensure linen is stored, delivered and available during the housekeeping rota’d hours.

Receive deliveries, report shortfalls, and keep linen cupboards stocked. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping and a commitment to four-star standards are important.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar or self-managed role in hotel housekeeping
• Operational experience of four-star standards
• Good time management skills
• High attention to detail

What will I do?

You’ll ensure that hotel public areas and guest rooms are clean and well maintained and linen is stored, delivered and available during the housekeeping rota’d hours. Receive housekeeping deliveries, reporting any shortfalls, and ensuring all linen cupboards are stocked.
