Job summary

The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a diligent housekeeping associate to maintain clean public areas and guest rooms. You will manage linen storage, deliveries, and ensure stock throughout the rota hours, contributing to a high standard of hospitality.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, with good time management and eye for detail. The role is based on site in Cambourne, near Cambridge, offering opportunities for learning and development within a

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or self-managed roles.
• Operational experience to Four-star standards.
• Strong time-management skills and high attention to detail.

• Keep hotel public areas and guest rooms clean and well maintained.
• Manage linen storage, delivery and stock during housekeeping rota hours.
• Receive deliveries and report shortfalls to ensure cupboards are stocked.

What will I do?

You’ll ensure that hotel public areas and guest rooms are clean and well maintained and linen is stored, delivered and available during the housekeeping rota’d hours. Receive housekeeping deliveries, reporting any shortfalls, and ensuring all linen cupboards are stocked.

Is this the role for me?

• Previousexperience ina similar or self-managed role, inhotel housekeeping department
• Operational experience of four-star standards
• Good timemanagement skills
• High attention to detail
