Qualifications

  • Experience with light/deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.

What you'll do

As a House Porter, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Provide seamless, discreet, and flexible service during the day, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and hygiene to ensure the best guest experience.
  • Fulfill requests involving special setups, supplies, furniture moving, deep cleaning, and assisting with special occasions.

The specifics of your daily tasks will be provided, but these are the core responsibilities. Operational hours are shift-based and may change, currently set as:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 23:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:30 - 23:00
What you'll bring

Essential skills and experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel as a housekeeping/linen porter, performing light/deep cleaning, maintenance, and service tasks.
  • Verbal communication skills in English.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under stress.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and endurance.
  • Good time and workload management skills.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Heavy lifting, furniture moving, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, linen counting, stock taking and distribution, guest assistance, and teamwork.
