Job description

Minimum Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related area, preferred.

Minimum Experience

  • Dispatch experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced team environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences. Ability to work productively in a team environment and effectively implement operational processes.
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations used in Linehaul field operations, including DOT regulations.
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.

Additional Details: 1 PT Linehaul coordinator position located in the Toronto Hub. Hours to be determined.

Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of:

  1. their current driver's abstract;
  2. their performance during application interviews;
  3. their performance on any driver competency assessments administered.
