First Call Contract Services is recruiting a Line Supervisor for a family-owned business in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on coordinating the carrot wash line, supervising the production team and ensuring quality, safety and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will manage line workflow, maintain paperwork, and uphold 5S and health and safety standards while working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with overtime possibilities. Salary is £14.75 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the carrot wash line workflow to meet the orders.
• Become proficient with the camera grading system.
• Plan and prioritise workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Stock management.
• Ensuring all related company procedures are adhered to.

We are seeking to strengthen our team by recruiting a Line Supervisor to support our Production team.
