Ball Corporation in Milton Keynes is seeking a Line/Manufacturing Engineer to manage production equipment, ensure HS compliance, and drive line efficiency. The role involves 12-hour shifts, including days, nights and weekends, with a focus on maintenance and fault resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar manufacturing environment, ability to interpret data, and welding/fabrication skills; lean manufacturing experience is desirable.

Qualificações

• Time served in a similar production/manufacturing environment.
• Able to understand and interpret data.
• Fabrication and welding skills.
• Good English and Maths.
• Lean manufacturing experience would be desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Health and safety checks, work in a safe manor following the company guide lines
• Completion of daily and monthly PM’s
• React to break downs
• Problem solving and identifying faults
• Work within a team, building and sharing knowledge, lead and help the mechanics when needed
• Priorities work to maximise output
• Communicate with your Team Leader, and communicate good and effective hand overs
• Ensure all Quality checks and start up sheets are complete
