Job summary

Lupos Global Limited is recruiting a Line Maintenance Control Engineer to be based at East Midlands Airport. The role focuses on coordinating line maintenance and expeditious recovery to keep aircraft in service, with a 12-hour shift pattern on a fixed roster and some home shifts.

We seek candidates with EASA B1/B2 (or ICOA equivalent) and extensive aviation maintenance experience. Permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA B1 and/or B2 License or ICOA equivalent - Desirable
• Current HF, FTS Level 2 and EWIS - Desirable
• Engineering qualification – HND Level or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 Years Aviation Line And/or Base Maintenance Experience
• Skills on type (B737/ATR) or similar
• Must be proactive, self-motivated & confident self-starter

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control all maintenance requirements related to the line operation.
• Ensure fast and effective recovery to expedite the return to service of the aircraft by allocating resources and spares.
• Maintain continued communication with the wider business during production.
• Aim to guarantee continuity of flying operations and quick resolution of technical issues.
