Job summary

Lupos Global is seeking Line Maintenance Control Engineers to be based at East Midlands Airport for permanent positions. The role involves coordinating line maintenance to ensure continuity of flying operations, with quick resolution of technical issues and efficient recovery to service, while allocating resources and maintaining communication with the wider business.

Qualifications

• EASA B1/B2 license or ICOA equivalent desirable.
• HF, FTS Level 2 and EWIS desirable.
• Engineering qualification – HND level or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years aviation line/base maintenance experience.
• Skills on type (B737/ATR) or similar.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated & confident self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control all maintenance requirements on the line operation.
• Ensure fast and effective recovery to expedite return to service of the aircraft.
• Allocate resources and spares and maintain communication with the wider business.
