Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Line Leader for our fruit and vegetable site in Chatteris. This temp-to-perm role starts at 07:30, Sunday to Saturday, 40–48 hours weekly, with overtime after 48 hours and a total of 5 working days. You will run a production line, pack to plan, and supervise 4–12 staff to meet customer specs.

Access to reliable transport is required. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE, and full training are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Our perfect worker will possess a good level of verbal and a basic level of written English.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Previous packhouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Run and administer a production line, packing products as per the production plan.
• Supervise a small team of 4-12 people to pack to customer specifications.
• Trimming, weighing and grading tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers to specification.
