Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Material Control Operator in Wrexham to join a busy production team that delivers to major UK supermarkets. The role involves safe handling of materials, maintaining GMP-compliant, clean workspaces, and coordinating with inventory to keep production flowing.

The successful candidate will work 4 on 4 off (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with overtime opportunities. Basic communication, teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GMP familiarity and safety focus.
• Experience with material handling preferred, including liquids and chilling systems.
• Ability to operate in a production environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient handling of materials throughout production.
• Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant workspace.
• Coordinate with inventory to ensure materials are tracked and available for production.
• Monitor and record Critical Control Points during transfer and chilling processes.
• Assist other operators to prevent production delays.
